Once your custom order has been accepted & your deposit has been paid, the creation process will begin.
Custom FAQ’s

A: Turn-around time for custom orders is about 14-21 business days, not including your shipping timeframe.

A: If you need your custom order sooner than our quoted timeframe, you can add a rush fee for an additional $25. This bumps your order to priority with a timeframe of 5-7 business days, not including shipping.

A: No, payment is not due until your order has been reviewed and accepted. From there, you will receive an invoice with your payment breakdown. A non-refundable 50% deposit will then be due to begin the creation process.
You can choose to pay your balance in full up-front or pay your deposit and the remaining balance once your jewelry is complete.
Your remaining balance is due once your jewelry is complete. Once the balance is paid, your jewelry will be ready to ship.

A: No, third-party installment plans are not available for custom orders. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due once your custom order has been accepted.
Your balance is split into two payments, so the full balance is not due until the completion of your jewelry.
