First things first, a spiritual bath is NOT about the aesthetic, but more about the intentions behind it. Spiritual baths have been used in many cultures to cleanse the soul, clear the mind, and heal your chakras with the intention to heal your spirit. These baths are believed to clear any blockage that can lead to serious illnesses, trauma in the body & chronic pain.
Most people, myself included, take spiritual baths with the intent of clearing pathways and doing away with negative energy. The purpose is to cleanse the mind, body & spirit and to attract peace, abundance, and positivity. Not to mention they are super relaxing & comforting.
Spiritual baths can be helpful for anyone. Anytime you feel overwhelmed or unbalanced, that means it’s time for a little R&R (rest and recreation; rest and recuperation; rest and relaxation). A spiritual bath should be something you want to include in your weekly routine, or during your day of self-care.
There is no right or wrong way to take a spiritual bath. You should aim to prepare your bath to fit your own individual needs. Below you will find some tips and steps to create an amazing spiritual bath experience💕
